Cancellation Policy
• Must be 18yrs+
• Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• Arriving 15mins+ late will be considered a no-show. After 2 no-shows, future booking privileges will be revoked. (Unpaid fees must be cleared before booking again.)
• After 2 reschedules, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
• Location details will be provided after the deposit is received. Glow Gallery LLC is located in Downtown La Crosse.
