Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE 24HRS IN ADVANCE. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show and your appointment will be automatically canceled. Our No-Show/Cancellation Policy will apply. 2 No-Shows will result in a ban. Unpaid cancellation fees will prevent you from booking future appointments.
After 2 reschedules, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a text with location details. Glow Gallery LLC is located in downtown La Crosse.
